Above The Clouds - Retiring!!

When the retirement list first came out, the first thing I checked was if the Above The Clouds stamp set and the Hot Air Balloon punch was on it. Bummer!! SAD FACE....I am really going to miss it!

I designed a class around this stamp set, but I never got around to scheduling it. I'll be sharing the class cards that I've made this week - sort of a farewell tribute. If you like this bundle, make sure you order it ASAP as it won't be around long!

I made this card using Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay. I love the 1/4" Mini Striped Ribbon (retiring).

The background layer is embossed with the Subtle 3D embossing folder, and the edges sort of curled up, so I just left them that way to add a bit of texture.

I cut the Whisper White focal point with one of the squares from the Stitched Shapes dies, and added a scrap of Bermuda Bay along the right edge for some contrast.

Basic Rhinestone gems add the finishing touch!

This next card was not my design - this layout is from the Annual Catalog, and has been copied by many different people in many different color combinations because it is just so versatile!

What do you think of Pacific Point, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather and Bermuda Bay??  Plus I added a tiny heart in Calypso Coral.


And there is that 1/4" Mini Striped Ribbon again....it was perfect for layering under the greeting!
